The NameThe term PerLegere has its origin in the Latin language. One of its meanings is to read through a text. This is only possible not before the reader can fully understand what is written. PerLegere wants to make this feasible for as much people as possible. In order to accomplish this goal either more texts have to be translated toother languages or more people should be enabled to understand foreign texts. PerLegere wants to run both way. On the one hand there are active projects to translate websites and Open Source Software. On the other hand there is also support for creation of multilingual websites and software in the form of documentation and trainings. Beyond that there is work to be done on enhancement of public domain dictionaries like Dict.cc. You can find more information about active projects on the project page. Above all it should be payed more attention to quality and continuity than quantity. Every support is orientated towards a long-term cooperation. |
